What is the check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Guests can request early check-in and check-out, subject to availability.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We offer complimentary luggage storage.

Is there a minimum age requirement for check-in?

The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old.

We offer complimentary WiFi for our guests.

Do you offer airport transportation?

We do not offer airport transportation at this time.

Is parking available? What are the fees?

Valet parking is $30.00 per day. Unaffiliated self-parking is available nearby. The closest option is the Wall Street garage on Battery Park.

What amenities are included in the room rate?

The room rate includes complimentary coffee, tea, still & carbonated water at our beverage stations. WiFi is also included, as well as access to our rooftop  and Co-work space.

Can I request a crib or extra bed for my room?

We offer Pack 'n Play cribs upon request and based on availability.

Do you have accessible rooms and facilities for guests with disabilities?

We have a variety of rooms that offer accessibility for guests.

Do you offer pet-friendly accommodations? What is the pet policy?

We do accommodate up to two dogs up to 50 pounds with a $150 non-refundable fee per room, per stay.

What is your policy on children staying in rooms?

No charge for children under 18; additional fees may apply for 3 or more people in a room.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

We do not offer in-room dining service; however, we will deliver carryout orders to your room.

Is breakfast included? What are the dining options?

Breakfast is not included in the rate. Luminosa Cafe, located on the ground floor, offers assorted pastries, breakfast sandwiches, juices, and more. The Flat Iron Rooftop bar upstairs offers drinks and light bites. Full dinner service is available at Luminosa, located in the ground floor of the building. Please check their website for hours of operation.

Daily.

How do I cancel or modify a reservation?

Reservations made directly with the hotel can be cancelled or modified via our website or by calling the hotel directly. We require 72-hours notice for cancellations.

We offer concierge services. Please contact the hotel ahead of your stay for assistance in building the perfect Asheville experience.

We do offer event space for meetings, receptions, and other events for 10-100 people.

We do not have a pool or spa on-site.

Do you have a fitness center or gym?

We do not offer an on-site fitness center but can help you find a nearby gym or recommend running routes in the area.

Do you provide shuttle services to local attractions?

We do not offer shuttle service, but we can assist with arranging private car or van service.

How far is the hotel from popular attractions or landmarks?

We are centrally located in Asheville, within walking distance of multiple shops, music venues, restaurants, and historical landmarks.

We accept all major credit cards.

We do not have any hidden fees.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel or rooms?

Smoking is not permitted in public areas or guest rooms. A $400 fee will be incurred if smoking in rooms or on property is suspected.
