“Executive Chef Graham House and his team strive for zero-waste, butchering whole cows in-house, and sourcing from local farmers’ markets. Theirs is a crowd-pleasing menu of wood-fired pizza (perhaps topped with lemon, smoked mozzarella and arugula), impressive pastas (bucatini with summer squash, ricotta salata, chili breadcrumb); and hearty main items like bone-in pork chop with cherry mostarda. Basil poundcake with grilled peaches and honey caramel seals the deal.”
